A Stunning & Bright Condo

Before

Transitioning from a large home and downsizing to high rise condo living, it was important to make it comfortable for seating and conversation. Important to ensure seating for at least six. Table storage and lighting placement important. Ease of access to whole room as this is great room style. Sun coverage required as western exposure is extreme while maintaining the water view.

After

The pieces selected were required to be comfortable. The items chosen provided for a sofa that could seat three or four in a pinch. A modern accent wing chair with an additional pull up wood chair were added with space to allow for the dining room chairs to pull in as needed. The tables had drawer and shelf storage as well as sufficient space for beautiful accent lamps. The console along the walk way wall area provides for additional accent lighting and more storage. Decorative pieces, books and original artwork represent the owners well. The area rug claims and defines the living room area. The use of motorized shades and decorative fabric valance completes the look while providing the much needed sun shading.
