CPI Interiors and Covid-19

CPI Interiors is happy to say we are still open for business.

New or returning clients who would like a consultation are encouraged to book a 15 minute phone call by filling out this contact form. Once the form is received, you will receive an email with a link to the designer’s calendar where you can book the day/time for your call and the designer will call you at the specified time. We assure all of our clients and those thinking of becoming a client that we are following all the protocols our government has established and more. 

Going forward, each designer will ask you a series of questions when booking an in-home consultation. Once you and your designer feel comfortable as to what is required for all to be safe during an in-home appointment, we will be very pleased to come to your home.  Social distancing will be strictly adhered to while in your home and a mask will be worn by our designer.

Our design studio has always been “by appointment only”, and that will continue. Our entry door is locked and we ask that people enter only if they have an appointment. We have very strict protocols in place for those who do come into our office/design studio, and all of our admin staff will, for the most part, continue to work from home. We are very fortunate that we have a 3,000 square foot studio so it is not an issue for our 7 designers to create their magic in our design studio and keep their social distance from each other.  

We want to assure our current clients and future clients of our best way to serve you, given the current restrictions placed on our business during Covid-19.  All required precautions are being taken to ensure our designers, contractors, staff and our clients are safe.
