Jerome Pulcine - Owner/CEO
Jerome, as the master license owner for Ontario, is responsible for franchise development for Decorating Den Interiors for the province of Ontario. In this capacity, it is his job to locate and evaluate people interested in owning a Decorating Den Interiors franchise as well as mentoring existing franchise owners in the business aspects of owning their franchise.
Jerome is responsible for all the business facets of CPI Interiors, such things as marketing, accounting, warehouse & delivery and the general day-to-day operations. He brings over 30 years of management experience, 8 of which was with the local Ethan Allen Home Interiors retail store, (which, by-the-way is where he and Catherine met).
Jerome also is a member of the board of directors for the West Ottawa Board of Trade. He is a member of the Interior Decorating Advisory Committee at Algonquin College and also volunteers his time with Futurpreneur Canada where he is a mentor to a new business owner in the first two years of their business’s existence.
