“After losing most of my house to significant water damage (ensuite toilet tank ran on while out of town), I turned to Catherine and her connections to completely renovate and upgrade my house. She was fabulous to work with, especially under such stressful circumstances. I had a dream home when it was complete and it sold within a month over Christmas for just short of asking price in a buyer’s market! Anxious to resolve family estates and current housing situation so I can work with Catherine again on what will be my permanent dream home!“

Carleton Place is a town in Eastern Ontario, Canada, in Lanark County, about 46 kilometres west of downtown Ottawa. The Mississippi River, a tributary of the Ottawa River flows through the town. Mississippi Lake is just upstream by boat, as well as by car. The town is situated on the edge of a large limestone plain, just south of the edge of the Canadian Shield in the deciduous forest ecoregion of North America. Carleton Place was first settled when British authorities prompted immigration to Lanark County in the early 19th century. The Morphy and Moore families were among the first to arrive.
