A Stunning, Neutral Dining Room

Before

A very dark space and an outdated table, this couple wanted to create an eating area where they could enjoy their morning coffee and their gorgeous new view. With a south exposure, this space gets a lot of sun in the summer so we needed to make sure we addressed this in our design.

The light fixtures that the builder had initially put in really blocked our client’s view and they wanted to make sure that whatever we replaced it with was not only pleasing to the eye but also wouldn’t weigh this area down.

Storage was lacking in the kitchen so it was also important to incorporate this into the new design.

After

A glass table was selected to create more of a formal and lighter feeling as well as wallpaper installed to create a focal point when you come into the space. A beautiful chandelier was installed as well as customer stationary panels to optimize the view and to illustrate the large windows. A roller shade can be pulled down during the summer months but ultimately is hidden most of the time as they want to be able to see out most of the time.

Neutral tones with some glimmer in the drapery & wallpaper was sure to make this client very happy! We wanted to make sure we incorporated some glam, but also wanted to make sure we didn’t over do it.

A beautiful buffet in wooden grey tones really was the final touch to this beautiful transformation!
