This service includes:

  • Complimentary consultation in your home to determine your goals and needs at the client’s current home

  • The scope of work is confirmed and a flat rate design service fee is collected

  • Discussion with all deciding members to ensure we are all working towards the same goal

  • Budget guidance

  • Measurement of any existing pieces to remain

  • Site visit at new home

  • 3D Plan for new room layouts as needed

  • Selections for all design elements needed to accomplish the design goal

  • Presentation and purchasing appointment

  • Complete pricing that includes check measure, white glove delivery, and installation

 

Our Downsizing Process

Initial Call

Every project starts with an initial phone call. During the call, we discuss how you want your home to look and function. We want to understand your vision and ensure our process aligns with your goals.

Then, we schedule a complimentary in-home consultation at your home at a time that works for all household members who will be making the decision.

We recommend that all decision-making members be involved from the beginning so that everyone’s input is taken into consideration.

In-Home Consultation

Our in-home consultation involves a detailed walkthrough of your space to discuss your current setup and future aspirations for each room. We help define the scope of work and establish a design plan tailored to your needs.

Once the scope of work is confirmed, a flat rate design service fee will be quoted. That fee is collected in full before work begins, and we are ready to continue the design process.

We will book a site visit at your new home. During this visit, we will take all the necessary measurements to create detailed floor plans of each room you’d like us to design.

Design & Presentation Phase

During this phase, our designers craft detailed plans, gather samples, and create visual representations to present to you.

Together, we review the concept thoroughly, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize the design elements for your project.

At the presentation and purchasing appointment, we review the complete concept together. After collecting deposits, we order, receive, and prepare all items for delivery.

During this phase, we will provide frequent updates on our progress.

Reveal

Upon completion, our white glove delivery team will deliver and install your custom-designed space. We ensure every detail is meticulously set up, creating a space that reflects your style and exceeds your expectations.
