Complimentary consultation in your home to determine your goals and needs at the client’s current home

The scope of work is confirmed and a flat rate design service fee is collected

Our Process
Initial Call
Every project starts with an initial phone call with one of our designers. On this call, we discuss how you would like your home to feel and function and ensure that our process aligns with your goals.
Next, we schedule a complimentary in-home consultation in your current home at a time that works for all deciding household members.
We recommend all deciding members be involved from the beginning so that everyone’s input is taken into consideration. Your only homework before the meeting is to discuss what you would like to invest in your home.

In-Home Consultation
During our in-home consultation, we tour your current home to get to know you and your style. We will also take pictures and measurements of any items you would like us to consider in your final design.
We review your wish list and budget and help you determine the scope of work you’re looking for.
Once the scope of work is confirmed, a flat rate design service fee will be quoted. That fee is collected in full before work begins and we are ready to continue the design process.
Next, we will book a site visit at your new home. During this visit we will take all the measurements necessary to create detailed floor plans of each room you would like us to design.
Design & Presentation Phase
During the design phase, your designer prepares plans and quotes, gathers samples, and creates renderings to present to you in the comfort of your own home.
At the presentation and purchasing appointment, we review the complete concept together. After collecting deposits, we order, receive, and prepare all items for delivery.
Throughout this phase, we will provide frequent updates on our progress. We then schedule white glove delivery once your custom project is ready for installation.
Reveal
Your custom design is delivered and installed by our white glove delivery team and supervised by your designer. We place and perfect every detail of our shared vision before welcoming you home.
