How do I determine a budget for my project?

We meet with you in your home to determine the scope of work. To create a budget for decorating projects we make a rough list of all the items that will be going into your project and from there, we ask you to confirm what you are comfortable investing in each item and then we add everything together. We work very diligently to be sure we are all on the same page before a project begins to ensure there are no surprises at the presentation.

Do you shop with me in local retail stores?

The main reason we don’t source from retail stores is because we can attest to the quality, durability and longevity of the products from our vetted list of suppliers. We also can take care of any warranty issues on your behalf because we have wonderful relationships already established with them. Having us source on your behalf saves you time. We are very familiar with all of our suppliers and we quickly know which ones are the right fit for your style and budget. Our clients love that they don’t need to go store to store searching for the right piece. At your presentation, we bring you photos and samples so that you can see them in your light and surroundings. Once you purchase furnishings this way, you will wonder how you did it before!

What’s the timeframe to get everything in?

The lead time for custom upholstery and casegoods is approximately 12 weeks. The length of renovation projects vary depending on the scope of work and size of project. It is important to advise your designer during the Complimentary Consultation if you have a specific time you would like to have your project completed by so we can be sure we’re able to accommodate your timelines.

Is it returnable?

Because all items we bring in are ordered specifically for you and in many cases are one of a kind, we cannot accept returns. We take great care to ensure that everything we select is the best possible choice. Should we have something that isn’t to our standard or has an issue, it will be looked after immediately.

Can I get a plan and purchase items on my own elsewhere?

This is not part of our business model as it is very difficult to determine what another supplier might offer and our plans are all done utilizing our collection. Everything is chosen to fit in your space. We cannot guarantee that you will find the same size item from another supplier. By allowing us to source for you, you are saving time and ensuring the final result is the designer look you wanted.
