Your time is valuable. That is why our full-service design process is as simple as possible. After a couple of meetings, everything is decided and all you have to do is wait for installation!

Initial Call

Each project starts with an Initial phone call with one of our designers. On this call, we discuss how you would like your home to feel and we will go over our design process to determine if it is what you are looking for. 

During our Initial phone call if you would like to proceed, we then would book a Complimentary in-home consultation at a time that works for all deciding members of the household. 

We recommend all deciding members be involved from the beginning so that everyone’s tastes and needs are discussed at the same time. Your only homework before any meetings is to have an idea of what you would like to invest so we can advise you on what you can accomplish within your budget.

In-Home Consultation

At the Complimentary in-home consultation we will do a tour of your home to get to know you and how you would like your home to feel and function. 

We will discuss your wish list and your budget and help you determine the scope of work you would like our help with. 

Once the scope of work is confirmed, a flat rate design service fee will be quoted. That fee is collected in full before work begins and we are ready to continue the design process.

If renovating, we will then book a site visit with our trusted trades and we’ll take measurements to prepare for the design phase. 

Design & Presentation Phase

During the design phase, your designer will prepare plans and quotes, gather samples as well as create renderings to present to you in the comfort of your own home. The presentation appointment will be pre-booked with you.

At the Presentation and purchasing appointment, we will go over the plans, samples and quotes with you. After collecting deposits, we take care of ordering, accepting, assembling and inspecting everything. 

We are in touch with you during the renovation and checking in on your orders. White glove delivery is scheduled once everything arrives. 


Your custom design is delivered and installed by our white glove delivery team and supervised by your designer. We handle every last detail. Sit back and relax as your space is transformed into your dream home!
