Project Overview:

These clients were craving an open-concept multifunctional space. They were hoping for a kitchen that could be used not only for entertaining but with ample room for food preparation and serving as well. Their space was dated and felt quite enclosed from the rest of the home. To achieve this, we had to have to remove a supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room.

Design Solution:

The removal of the supporting wall gave way to a large open space with ample room for two large islands. These islands provided much needed storage as well as created two separate areas as per the client’s wishlist. Shifting the old dining room into the previously unused living room allowed for the fabulous cooking areas. The use of floating shelves created interest and decorative item display. Bold colour was introduced to enhance the whole new look.

What Our Client Said:

We left our home in capable hands without any worries about them having total access to it during our absence. Catherine and her team kept us abreast of challenges and they were prompt with solutions and delivered what they had promised.

Catherine and team, thank you for your expertise, insight, workmanship, and your professionalism and for making our 25 year dream a reality.
