Project Overview:

These clients wanted to create an entertainment space that was a show stopper. Preserving that charming brick was a top priority for them. With ceilings on the lower side, we would have to get creative with the ductwork to make sure the space felt open and functional. They had quite the wishlist too—everything from a bar and gym to a theater and craft area, not to mention a powder room. And let’s not forget the storage—lots and lots of storage to keep things neat and tidy.

Design Solution:

To say these clients got their wishlist would be an understatement. Envision a sophisticated bar accommodating up to eight guests, boasting the opulence of a high-end boutique hotel. The home theater, designed for intimate gatherings of two to four, features a raised seating area with leather sofas and swivel chairs, perfect for entertaining. The glass-enclosed gym stands out as a striking feature, offering a personalized fitness experience while allowing ample natural light. Maximizing every inch of space, we’ve incorporated custom dark oak cabinets with black wrought iron handles, along with wide plank hand-scraped wood floors, adding a touch of elegance to the room. From the home theater to the gym, and with storage galore, every detail has been meticulously crafted to create a comfortable and inviting space.
