Initial Call

At CPI Interiors, every project commences with an initial phone call with one of our expert designers. During this conversation, we delve into understanding your vision for your home and ensuring our process aligns perfectly with your goals.

Following this, we schedule a complimentary in-home consultation to begin the journey towards transforming your space.

In-Home Consultation

When it’s time for the in-home consultation, our skilled team will visit your space, ensuring that all decision-makers are present to share their input.

We’ll tour the area together, discussing your space’s functional needs and aesthetic preferences. This is when we review your wish list and budget to help determine the scope of work you’re looking for.

Design & Presentation Phase

During the design and presentation phase, your dedicated designer will curate the best solutions for your custom window treatments, ensuring they meet your functional and stylistic requirements.

Subsequently, we will present these concepts to you in the comfort of your own home, providing a seamless experience as we collect deposits, order necessary items, and prepare for the delivery phase.

Reveal

As we approach the timely installation of your new custom window treatments, any existing elements will be carefully removed, and any necessary trade work will be coordinated to prepare the space.

Then, with meticulous attention to detail, our white glove delivery team will deliver and install your custom design.

Finally, we will schedule a walk-through with you to reveal the stunning result, ensuring that your home now reflects your unique style and personality.
