A Cozy & Transitional Doctor’s Office

Before

Our clients wanted an updated transitional look with an inviting cozy atmosphere. Their prior office was very heavy and traditional with red, green and gold tones. They wanted to lighten their colours up, but still have it be durable for a large number of patients they have daily.

After

In designing the layout of this doctor’s office we wanted to give an assortment of seating throughout the space. We began with the charcoal linen blend settees that have a sleek arm, tight back, and chrome nailhead accents. Next, we found unique weathered wood chairs with a durable gray textured fabric. To give the space a bit of pattern we covered tufted short-armed chairs with multi-tonal bold velvet. To add drama to the entry we placed an antiqued mirrored center table with beautiful accessories. We kept the space interesting using multiple shaped end tables, both round and rectangular, in a driftwood and whitewashed finish. Upon each end table, we placed either a mercury glass or charcoal ceramic lamp to promote a cozy atmosphere. Very subdued art was placed on the walls to give a sense of peace and calmness. The overall design was achieved with every element placed in the space.
